Wood Fired Pizza Catering Questions

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the day of booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

When are my final party details due?

No later than 5 days before your event. Last minute changes or add-ons are not guaranteed and will be accommodated based on availability.

Is there a minimum number of guests needed to book?

Our small event package is for any event with under 34 guests. The other party packages have a 35 guest minimum.

How long is set up and break down?

Set up is typically 1 hour prior to the start of your event. Breakdown take between 30 mins t0 1 hour depending on the event.

What happens if it rains on the day my event?

Our top priority is always safety, for our staff and for our guests. 

 We reserve the right to postpone any event due to inclement weather, including but not limited to rain and high winds. We do have tents to shelter the pizza preparation area and will serve indoors if we are able to.

Can you set up in my backyard?

If your backyard has a driveway and is able to fit a small trailer, yes! If not, we can set up in your driveway.

Do you have any requirements or restrictions on where you can park the oven trailer?

A level area is preferable. The trailer is about 7 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 7.5 feet tall. Access to a 120v electrical outlet is occasionally needed. If you have concerns about your location, please let us know.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We book on a First come first serve basis. At least  2-4 weeks for most parties depending on Availability. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible especially during the warmer months.

Salinas Pizza & Pints Co. Catering Policies

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

A credit card is required to reserve your date but will not be charged unless the event is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date.

The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation or you can rebook for a date that works for both parties.

There will be a $100 fee to reschedule. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, then full balance is due by the scheduled event date.

If an extreme weather event occurs, we will retain the deposit, reschedule up to 6 months in advance, and apply the deposit in full to the new date. 

Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Zelle, or credit card (4% processing fee will be added).

A travel fee is assessed for events further than 30 miles from Salinas, CA.

We do not include gratuity in our pricing.

Tips are greatly appreciated as our pizzaiolos work very hard to make your event special.

Fundraising Questions

Do you require a deposit?

No, there is no deposit or upfront payment for either fundraiser.

How long do we have to sell?

3 weeks from the date of sell.

Is there a minimum number of coupons we need to sell?

The Pizza Coupon Fundraiser has a minimum of 100 coupons.

Salinas Pizza & Pints Co. Fundraising Policies

Lost or stolen Pizza Coupon cards must be paid for in full by the individual or group responsible for the fundraiser.

We understand that accidents happen, but please note that there are no exceptions to this rule,

and payment for all lost or stolen cards is due at the time of closing out the fundraiser .

Furthermore, all unsold coupons must be returned when closing out the fundraiser.

This ensures that all sold coupons are properly accounted for and that the fundraiser proceeds without discrepancies.

If a pizza coupon fundraiser is not closed and fully paid for, the coupons will be voided and cannot be redeemed. Any attempts to use unpaid coupons will be rejected.
