About Us

Founded in May 2015, Salinas Pizza & Pints began as a brick-and-mortar restaurant with a big dream: to share our love for pizza and bring people together over delicious food and cold drinks. Over the years, our restaurant became a beloved part of the Salinas community, thanks to the support of family, friends, and loyal customers who spread the word and made us a local favorite.

Husband and wife team David and Alicia Chaidez poured their hearts into every aspect of the business. From crafting the perfect pizza to creating a welcoming atmosphere, it was always about more than just great food—it was about building relationships and making everyone who walked through our doors feel like family.

For nearly eight years, we were honored to serve the Salinas Valley, but in December 2023, we made the difficult decision to close our brick-and-mortar location. While our restaurant may have closed, our passion for pizza and our love for the community didn’t go anywhere.

Where it started in May of 2015!

In 2024, Salinas Pizza & Pints Co. was established and we officially launched a mobile wood-fired pizza catering business! Now, we’re bringing the delicious, high-quality pizza you know and love directly to your parties, events, weddings, and gatherings.

Our mobile service means that you can now enjoy Pizza & Pints style pizza—handcrafted, made-to-order, and served fresh—at your next event. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we’re here to make sure your pizza experience is nothing short of amazing.

Pizza is more than just food—it’s a way to bring people together. At Salinas Pizza & Pints Co., we believe in using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, including the finest pizza flour from Italy, to create pizzas that are as delicious as they are memorable.
